• Booking needs to be confirmed 4 days prior
• Advance payment of 50% is required on confirmation
• Cancellations will only be accepted 48hrs prior the booking date If less than 48hrs advance
payment will be retained
• Booking is restricted to family and friends groups only

• This package can be availed only during off-peak days

No, they are not.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES?
Al Montazah Parks provides wheelchairs for people with disabilities at the ticketing counter.
HOW MANY PEOPLE MUST BE IN MY GROUP TO GET A DISCOUNT?
Please contact the Sales Department to help you with all group discount information.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY OWN FOOD IN THE PARK?
Outside food is not allowed in Al Montazah Parks.
DO YOU ALLOW PEOPLE WITH SPECIFIC DIETRY REQUIREMENTS TO BRING FOOD INSIDE THE PARK?
Although we are flexible when it comes to health issues and specific diets, please contact the park prior to arrival for further information.
CAN I SMOKE INSIDE AL MONTAZAH PARKS?
Smoking is strictly prohibited within Al Montazah Parks.
DO THE PARK ATTRACTION HAVE MINIMUM HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS?
Yes, every ride has its own height requirement and restriction as well
CAN I LEAVE THE PARK AND RE-ENTER LATER?
You may do so, but only after informing a Customer Service staff member.
DO I NEED TO BUY AN ADMISSION TICKET IF I AM NOT PLANNING TO SWIM OR ON GOING ON ANY OF THE RIDES?
Yes, we would need you to purchase an admission ticket regardless of the rides or attraction you intend to partake in.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A GO-PRO OR SIMILAR DEVICES ON THE RIDES?
We do not permit customers to carry any such devices while on the rides.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED IN THE PARK?
We accept many different forms of payment, namely, Credit Card, Debit Card and cash as well.
DOES AL MONTAZAH PARKS ACCEPT U.S. DOLLAR OR DIFFERENT CURRENCY THAN AED?
Yes, we do.
CAN I BRING MY OWN STROLLER, WHEELCHAIR, OR ELECTRIC SERVICE DEVICE?
Yes, you may do so.

No, the Al Montazah Parks do not have payphone services available.

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi services.
CAN I BRING SCOOTERS, TENNIS, BALLS, ETC. IN THE PARK?
No, these are not permitted in the park premises.

This depends upon weather intensity and wind speed.
CAN I USE ONE TOP-UP CARD FOR MORE THAN 1 PERSON?
No, 1 Top-Up Card is to be used by 1 person only.

CAN WE GET A REFUND IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Yes, Water Park will make an announcement in such a case.

No, camping at the Park is prohibited.
ARE THERE LOCKERS/AREAS FOR US TO LEAVE OUR BAGS?
Yes, we do have lockers, but only in the waterpark.
DO YOU OFFER ASSISTANCE FOR GUESTS THAT HAVE DIFFICULTY WALKING?
Yes, we offer assistance to guests that have any difficulty walking.
ARE ARCADE GAMES INCLUDED IN THE SINGLE DAY PASS?
A different ticket needs to be purchased for it.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?
No, you don’t need to, parking is free.
ARE THERE TAXI PICK-UP/DROP OFF POINTS?
Yes, there are designated Taxi Pick-Up/Drop Off Points.
DO YOU HAVE ANYWHERE I CAN CHARGE MY MOBILE PHONE?
No, we do not offer this service.
DO YOU HAVE BABY CHANGING FACILITIES?
Yes, we do have baby changing facilities.
WHERE ARE THE TOILETS FOR THE PHYSICALLY-CHALLENGED LOCATED?
All toilets are located in one area; this goes for designated toilets for the physically-challenged as well.
